About the role

Accounts Manager

Sales Force Consulting is urgently recruiting an Accounts Manager to oversee all financial operations and reporting for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • General book-keeping: ensure all financial transactions are captured through the company's accounting software
  • Bank reconciliations, debtors and creditors management by monitoring account statements regularly to ensure they tally with company records
  • Financial recordings, reconciliations, payables and receivables management
  • Expense management and financial reporting
  • Work with subordinates to ensure timely delivery of reports, processing of transactions and other deliverables
  • Monitor for excess charges with zero tolerance and prompt recovery

Requirements

  • Degree/HND in Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years accounting work experience
  • Proficiency with computers and accounting software
  • Must be more than 35 years of age
  • Ability to develop and implement cost-saving measures
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Business acumen
  • Attention to detail
