About the role

HBB Direct Sales Executive

Fort Knox Group is seeking a Direct Sales Executive to identify, approach, and convert prospective customers to Home Broadband (HBB) subscribers within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective customers within assigned territories
  • Promote and sell Home Broadband (HBB) products and services
  • Conduct field sales and door-to-door customer acquisition activities
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and service packages to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active subscribers
  • Provide market feedback and competitor information to management
  • Ensure proper documentation and completion of customer registration processes

Requirements

  • OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification
  • 1–4 years of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage
  • Willing to work within assigned locations and engage in field sales activities
