About the role
HBB Direct Sales Executive
Fort Knox Group is seeking a Direct Sales Executive to identify, approach, and convert prospective customers to Home Broadband (HBB) subscribers within assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective customers within assigned territories
- Promote and sell Home Broadband (HBB) products and services
- Conduct field sales and door-to-door customer acquisition activities
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and service packages to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active subscribers
- Provide market feedback and competitor information to management
- Ensure proper documentation and completion of customer registration processes
Requirements
- OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification
- 1–4 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
- Willing to work within assigned locations and engage in field sales activities
