Van Sales Representative

Applicant Recruiters Limited is recruiting an energetic and motivated Van Sales Representative to join our growing FMCG team. You will identify and reach potential customers, conduct sales presentations, and build long-term client relationships while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building
• Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions aligned with their goals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer preferences to the sales manager
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification
• Valid Driver's License (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
• Strong negotiation and rapport-building abilities
