Lead the development and execution of financing strategies, including capital raising, debt and equity structuring, and optimization of capital structure. Oversee treasury management, liquidity planning, and relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions. Ensure robust financial governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, treasury, or a related field, with significant senior leadership exposure
• Demonstrated success in structuring and executing complex financing transactions
• Relevant professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA)
