About the Role

Piggy Tech is seeking a Social Media and Brand Associate to maintain consistent brand voice across multiple platforms while creating engaging, human-centered content. This role goes beyond scheduling—you'll need to understand our voice deeply and exercise judgment about when to adapt it for different channels.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, human-centered content for X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, and in-app messaging
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all social media platforms
• Support marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
• Exercise editorial judgment about platform-specific content adaptation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, brand marketing, or related role
• Demonstrated experience creating content and supporting marketing campaigns with measurable results
• Experience in startup, Fintech, technology company, or digital-first environment (highly desirable)
• Ability to write engagingly while respecting reader intelligence and resources
