Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is a leading non-banking financial intermediary and equipment leasing firm in Nigeria. They are seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage salary loan and investment operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team for salary loan and investment products.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Monitor performance and report on key metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of loan and investment products.
