About the role
Sales Executive – Membership
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive membership growth within an exclusive private members' community. This relationship-led sales role focuses on identifying, engaging and converting high-calibre prospective members. You will own the membership journey from initial enquiry through to conversion, helping to shape a vibrant and engaged membership community.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full membership sales cycle from enquiry to conversion
- Identify and proactively engage prospective members through networking, referrals and targeted outreach
- Conduct membership presentations, tours and introductory meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective members throughout the decision-making process
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the membership pipeline effectively
- Represent the club at events and networking opportunities
- Work closely with leadership to achieve membership growth targets
- Support referral initiatives and member advocacy programmes
- Track and report on sales performance, conversion rates and pipeline activity
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, luxury real estate, wealth management or premium lifestyle brands
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Highly professional, discreet and emotionally intelligent
- Comfortable engaging with senior professionals, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
