Field Sales Agent – Abelinis Limited (Lafarge)

Drive retail sales execution and expand market coverage for Lafarge products across assigned territories in Nigeria. As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating orders, recruiting new retail outlets, converting competitors' customers, and ensuring product availability and visibility in the market.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales by generating and fulfilling orders across assigned territories
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail outlets to expand market footprint
• Convert retailers from competing brands to increase market share
• Ensure 100% coverage of all assigned retail outlets through structured route planning
• Follow up and close leads from field teams, prioritizing proximity and conversion efficiency
• Ensure continuous product availability across all retail outlets
• Execute merchandising standards, ensuring optimal product visibility and positioning
• Support field operations and deliver on assigned tasks aligned with business objectives

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail execution, or field operations
• Strong understanding of local market terrain within assigned locations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• High level of discipline, accountability, and professionalism
• FMCG or building materials experience is advantageous
