Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Ikeja and help grow our brand presence across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is a mid-level professional with hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns and creating compelling content that engages target audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and other marketing channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities for growth
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
• Manage the social media calendar and maintain an active, consistent online presence for the brand

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital channels
• Strong proficiency in social media marketing and content creation across major platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning through execution
• Experience conducting market research and translating findings into marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
