We are seeking an experienced Lead Marketer to drive our marketing strategy and lead a high-performing team. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads, and collaborate across teams to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the marketing team
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
• Generate and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Coordinate property marketing across digital and traditional channels
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to achieve business targets

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant marketing experience with a proven track record in developing marketing strategies and achieving revenue targets
• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• MBA is an advantage
• Real estate marketing experience is an advantage
