Marketing Manager

Zinance Limited is seeking a flexible and versatile Marketing Manager to drive growth across inbound sales channels. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple marketing disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic
• Deploy and own marketing campaigns from ideation through execution
• Manage organic and paid acquisition channels including content creation, PPC campaigns, social media, event management, and lead generation
• Create valuable, engaging content for website and blog that attracts and converts target audiences
• Build strategic partnerships with industry players, agencies, and vendors
• Prepare and monitor marketing budget on quarterly and annual basis
• Oversee and approve all marketing materials (banners, brochures, case studies, etc.)
• Measure and report on campaign performance against established goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and optimize email and advertising campaigns

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in marketing with willingness to learn
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong numeracy and comfort working with metrics and spreadsheets
• Good aesthetics sense and excellent copywriting skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices
