HR Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. They will develop and enforce HR policies, manage grievances, monitor staff performance, maintain personnel records, identify training needs, and advise management on labor matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and staff regulations.
• Manage grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor staff KPIs, attendance, productivity, conduct, and welfare.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.
• Identify training needs and coordinate staff development.
• Advise management on labour matters, workforce planning, and organisational structure.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive HR experience.
• Previous HR management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and performance management.
• Experience in real estate or construction is an advantage.
• CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
