Role Overview
The Social Media Manager is responsible for strategically managing and growing the company’s digital presence across all sister companies. This includes showcasing construction projects, strengthening brand credibility, generating leads, and engaging stakeholders through compelling visual and written content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
- Create and manage engaging content such as project updates, site walkthroughs, safety campaigns, and staff highlights.
- Manage social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with project teams to translate technical construction activities into relatable content.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for project launches, open houses, and recruitment drives.
- Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Monitor online reviews and ensure brand consistency and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
- 3-4 years of social media management experience.
- Experience in construction, real estate, architecture, or agricultural sectors is an advantage.
- Proven track record of managing business or corporate social media accounts.
- Strong content writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and project phases (preferred).
- Proficiency in social media tools and basic photography/videography skills.
- Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Ability to translate technical processes into engaging content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and professionalism.
