Accountant

Responsible for financial reporting, inventory management, cash flow oversight, bookkeeping, and compliance. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expenditure reports.
• Track kitchen stock, monitor supply purchases, and reconcile inventory with daily sales.
• Manage cash registers, verify daily cash deposits, and oversee safe-keeping processes.
• Maintain organized records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
• Ensure proper documentation of all tax and local regulatory expenses.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of two (2) years of active career experience in accounting (hospitality or retail experience is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Highly honest, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
