About the role
Administrative Assistant
PieCurve Energy Projects Limited is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and coordinate administrative functions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, maintain records and filing systems
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel and logistics for team members
- Prepare documents and reports
- Assist with data entry and organization of project-related information
- Facilitate communication between departments
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and project teams
- Assist with basic procurement and office supply management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HSEQ practices
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills (document management, scheduling, record keeping)
- Proficiency in office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools)
- Basic data entry skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high ethical standards and confidentiality
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferably in engineering, energy, or project-based organizations)
- Post-secondary education or certification in administration, business, or a related field is preferred
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and office inventory management is an advantage
