About the role
IT Support Officer
Overview: Provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure for organizational staff. This role involves first-line technical assistance, system administration, and IT equipment management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to staff
- Install, configure and maintain IT equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Manage user accounts, system updates and data backups
- Monitor IT infrastructure and maintain support records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer support skills
- Experience in IT Support or System Administration is an advantage
Salary: ₦150,000/Month
