Sales Team Lead – Off-Grid Solar Energy

Ignite Energy Access is recruiting 5 Sales Team Leads to drive energy access expansion across multiple Nigerian states.

Overview

Join Ignite Energy Access, a leading off-grid solar energy company in West Africa, as a Sales Team Lead. You will lead sales efforts to provide sustainable energy solutions to communities without electricity access, supporting our mission to improve the lives of 100 million people across West Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales teams across assigned territories
  • Drive sales growth and market expansion in off-grid solar energy solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on innovation and sustainability

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of the energy/solar sector preferred
  • Ability to work across multiple states and manage regional teams
  • Passion for sustainability and social impact

Locations

Multiple positions available covering:

  • Kogi and Kwara
  • Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bayelsa, Delta, Imo, and Rivers
