Marketing / Sales Officer

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Marketing / Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, field marketing, and other channels.
• Promote the company’s construction, property, and related services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct property and project presentations to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, proposals, and prospective customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential business partnerships.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
• Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and regular updates on marketing activities.
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project acquisition.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Sales, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within a construction company or real estate industry.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the real estate and/or construction market is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Must be proactive, confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
