We are hiring an experienced Audience Growth & Engagement Manager to drive audience expansion and foster community engagement across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow audience base
• Create and manage engaging content initiatives
• Monitor audience metrics and engagement performance
• Build and nurture community relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize reach and impact

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record in audience growth and engagement
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with social media, community management, or digital marketing preferred

Salary ₦400,000/month + quarterly bonus up to ₦200,000
