Marketing Executive

Shoelab NG is seeking an experienced and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing expertise, creative thinking ability, and a proven understanding of customer acquisition and brand growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
• Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities
• Plan promotional activities and customer engagement strategies
• Work closely with the content and operations team to improve brand visibility
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Assist in developing offline and online marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Creative thinking and problem solving ability
• Experience working with a service-based brand is an added advantage
