About the role

Customer Service Representative – Skincare Brand

We are seeking a confident, eloquent, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our skincare brand. You will manage customer interactions primarily via WhatsApp and other digital channels, provide accurate product information, and ensure an excellent customer experience that reflects the brand's tone and values.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Provide detailed product knowledge, skincare guidance, and recommendations
  • Handle orders, complaints, and follow-ups with patience and efficiency
  • Maintain a warm, persuasive, and brand-aligned communication style
  • Record customer interactions and update order details accurately
  • Support sales conversion through effective communication and product education
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills (especially WhatsApp chat etiquette)
  • Confident, eloquent, and customer-friendly personality
  • Good understanding or strong interest in skincare products and routines
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance and strong personal hygiene
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer conversations efficiently
  • Sales-driven mindset with persuasive communication skills

Salary

₦110,000 monthly

Working Schedule

Monday – Saturday
