Sales Representative – Male Fashion Retail

Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our male fashion retail team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships, and drive sales growth while maintaining a professional appearance and passion for fashion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
• Provide personalized styling recommendations and product advice based on customer preferences
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets consistently
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities
• Process sales transactions accurately using the store's POS system
• Ensure merchandise is neatly arranged, well-stocked, and attractively displayed
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or fast-moving items
• Assist with receiving, tagging, and arranging new stock deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Stay informed about fashion trends, new arrivals, promotions, and product features
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Support promotional activities, in-store campaigns, and special sales events
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate sales records
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum OND qualification in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or lifestyle
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for men's fashion and excellent styling sense
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer knowledge and POS system familiarity
• Good grooming and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must reside in or around Surulere or be willing to commute conveniently

Salary

₦100,000 – ₦120,000 monthly
