Extramileage Consults Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive real estate transactions in Benin City.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team
• Close high-value real estate transactions
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Manage client relationships and negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7–10 years of verifiable experience in the real estate industry
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Proven record of successfully closing real estate transactions totaling N500 million and above
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• High level of technological proficiency with real estate tools and CRM platforms
• Must reside in Benin City
