Sales & Operations Executive

Amani Advisory Limited is seeking a Sales & Operations Executive to drive sales efficiency, manage business operations, and support customer engagement in a hybrid role based in Lekki, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential leads, research prospects, and assist with lead generation activities
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure efficient order processing, quotes, invoices, and order fulfillment
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Provide administrative support including database management, document organization, and meeting scheduling
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Manage vendor and partner relationships
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills across email, phone, and chat
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and technical teams
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, and customer lifecycle management
• Ability to generate, update, and manage leads, contacts, deals, and reports in CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales support, operations, CRM, or customer success roles
• Familiarity with Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns)

Salary

N150,000 monthly
