Marketing Assistant

SENCE Limited is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support campaign planning, content creation, social media management, and brand activations in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions
• Develop marketing content across social media, email, website, and print platforms
• Maintain and update the content calendar for timely campaign rollout
• Support management of Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Source user-generated content (UGC) and behind-the-scenes footage
• Schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor platform activities
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and consumer preferences
• Assist in creating visual materials such as lookbooks, press kits, and brand decks
• Coordinate logistics for pop-ups, influencer events, fashion shows, and brand activations
• Maintain records of marketing assets, partnerships, and performance data
• Provide administrative support to the Brand Manager
• Support photo and video shoots coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4–8 years of marketing experience
• Strong social media management skills
• Content creation and curation experience
• Market research and trend analysis ability
• Event coordination experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month
