Head of Technical - Maintenance

FMN Agro is seeking an experienced Head of Technical - Maintenance to lead maintenance operations and ensure asset reliability across manufacturing and production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations within feed milling and industrial production environments
• Manage asset reliability and maintenance strategy
• Oversee feed mill equipment maintenance and industrial maintenance programs

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
• Membership of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)
• 10–15 years of experience in maintenance leadership within manufacturing, feed milling, or industrial production
• Strong knowledge of feed mill equipment, industrial maintenance, and asset reliability management
