About the role

Sales Officer (Real Estate)

Elvaridah is seeking a proactive, results-driven Real Estate Sales Officer to generate leads, market properties, source buyers and tenants, manage listings, and drive sales and rental transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available properties
  • Create and manage property listings across online and offline platforms
  • Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site visits for prospective clients
  • Promote properties through social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels
  • Identify and source potential buyers, investors, and tenants
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Facilitate the sale and rental of residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct negotiations between property owners and prospective buyers or tenants
  • Guide clients through the sales or leasing process from inquiry to closing
  • Source suitable properties that align with client requirements
  • Conduct market research to identify available properties and investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and investors
  • Provide professional advice on property investments, market trends, and opportunities
  • Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, client engagements, and market insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and property sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales transactions
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing platforms
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills
