Human Capital Partners (HCP) is recruiting graduate trainees in engineering disciplines for a structured development program in Lagos.

Overview

This is an entry-level position designed for recent engineering graduates to develop practical skills and gain industry experience across marine, mechanical, electrical, petroleum, and chemical engineering disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Eng./B.Sc.) in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) classification; First Class graduates strongly encouraged
• 0–1 year post-graduation experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Learning agility and ability to adapt to new technologies and work environments
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• High level of integrity and commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Willingness to work in offshore and operational environments where required
