Marketer

Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking a results-driven Marketer to develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and sales growth while managing distributor relationships and key stakeholder partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies across all channels
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Increase product distribution, visibility, and market penetration
• Manage distributor relationships through market visits, ride-alongs, and performance reviews
• Achieve sales KPIs and ensure excellence in execution
• Execute sales plans aligned with brand objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and other commercial stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of distributor activities and performance
• Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to distributors
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, or Distribution Management (preferably in beverage industry)
• Proven track record of managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Experience in liquor or retail industry is an added advantage
