EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Support Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients and ensure excellent service throughout their property-buying journey.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Provide information on available properties, site visits, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Liaise with clients, sales, and operations teams.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Real Estate or Banking.
• Experience in both Real Estate and Banking/Financial Marketing is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Must reside in or around Lekki-Ajah.

Salary: ₦150,000/month
