Senior Marketing Manager – Mikano Motors

Mikano Motors is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing direction, brand growth, and revenue-driven performance across the Motors division, including passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and aftersales services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
• Position Mikano Motors as a premium, authorized 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) dealership group
• Lead ATL, BTL, and experiential marketing activations
• Oversee production of online campaigns, reels, radio, outdoor, social and digital content, and showroom branding
• Lead all vehicle launches and develop pricing communication strategies in collaboration with Sales
• Coordinate with OEM partners on brand assets and guidelines
• Support dealership marketing plans nationwide and standardize showroom branding and customer journey experience
• Increase service retention, promote genuine spare parts, and design service campaigns (maintenance packages, warranty extensions)
• Oversee CRM strategy integration with Sales, improve lead response time, and conversion tracking
• Use data analytics to inform budget allocation and create weekly performance dashboards
• Manage annual marketing budget efficiently
• Evaluate and manage agencies, production houses, and media partners
• Build, mentor, and drive accountability in a high-performing marketing team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of automotive marketing experience
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian automotive landscape
• Proven experience in performance marketing and revenue attribution
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
