Staff Nurse / Midwife (RN, RM)

TOKI Medical Centre is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse / Midwife to provide direct patient care and support the healthcare team. The role involves administering medications, monitoring patients, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment, and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with procedures and treatments, and advocate for patients’ needs and preferences.
• Document patient care activities, nursing assessments, and interventions accurately and timely in medical records and nursing documentation systems.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Requirements

• RN, RM qualifications with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Familiar with the use of EMR.
