Role Overview

The Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for the academic, operational, and cultural direction of the school. This includes supervising staff, guiding curriculum implementation, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teaching and support staff
• Guide curriculum implementation and ensure alignment with the school’s holistic development philosophy
• Monitor student performance and uphold academic standards
• Manage budgets and resources
• Engage with families and the broader community
• Oversee admissions and enrollment processes
• Ensure compliance with education policies and regulations
• Lead school improvement initiatives and support staff professional development
• Represent the institution in external partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 - 15 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience in school leadership or educational administration
• Strong skills in instructional leadership and mentoring educators
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability in organizational and operational management
• Commitment to holistic student development
• Relevant academic qualifications in Education or related field
• Proven ability to foster an inclusive school culture
• Prior experience in curriculum planning, assessment design, and data-driven decision-making
• High level of integrity, sound judgment, and resilience
