Marvel Advisory is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Assistant with strong marketing and digital sales experience to manage and grow the company's online presence. This role involves creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and converting social media engagement into measurable sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, engagement, and sales
• Create engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, carousels)
• Manage the company's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and other platforms
• Generate and nurture leads through social media and digital marketing
• Develop creative campaigns and promotional strategies
• Convert social media traffic and enquiries into qualified leads and sales
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions promptly
• Build and manage an engaged online community around the brand
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Collaborate with the sales team on lead follow-up
• Track and analyse social media/campaign metrics to measure performance
• Use insights to optimize content and marketing strategies
• Stay updated on social media trends and digital marketing best practices
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all content
• Promote products/services including smart doors, digital locks, and installation services
• Prepare regular reports on growth, engagement, leads, conversions, and sales performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field (advantage)
• 1–2 years' proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or similar role
• Demonstrable marketing experience and understanding of sales-driven marketing
• Proven ability to generate leads and drive sales through social media
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and other platforms
• Experience creating engaging multimedia content; basic graphic design/video editing skills an advantage
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and use data to improve performance
• Creative, proactive, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and meet targets remotely
• Reliable internet access and necessary remote work tools

Salary ₦150,000 monthly + commission on sales generated through social media/marketing efforts
