About the role
Sales Manager
Neohomes Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead the sales team in achieving ambitious property sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead, coach, mentor, and supervise the sales team with individual and team target setting
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure efficient lead follow-up and conversion of qualified leads into property sales
- Monitor sales pipeline performance, conversion rates, and sales productivity metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic partners
- Negotiate and close high-value sales transactions
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Affiliate teams to optimize the customer journey
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and present forecasts to management
- Resolve escalated client concerns and promote customer retention
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Estate Management, or related discipline
- MBA or relevant professional certification (advantageous)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in sales management
- At least 3 years in the real estate sector
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams
