About the role
A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Senior HR Specialist to drive key people management initiatives and support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Performance Management & Organizational Development
- Employee Relations & HR Operations
- HR Policy Development & Compliance
- Learning & Development
- HR Reporting & Strategic HR Support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field
- CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent certification
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in a senior HR role
- Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, or other regulated sectors is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
