Project Manager, Construction

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and profitable completion of construction projects. This role involves working with different teams, controlling project scopes, managing budgets, and enforcing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Review, interpret, and validate structural, geotechnical, hydraulic, and architectural drawings before construction begins
• Define project scopes, goals, and key deliverables in collaboration with senior management
• Create resource profiles to optimize manpower, machinery, and material distribution
• Prepare full cost estimates based on quantitative material
• Establish baseline project budgets and cash-flow projections
• Track project expenses against the budget
• Perform routine site walks to evaluate construction quality and check labor productivity
• Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of direct experience managing commercial, residential, or infrastructure construction
• Must be COREN certified

Salary

• N8.4m net PA
