About the role

Customer Service Officer

Jomav Homes is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests
  • Respond to customer questions promptly and professionally through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, in person)
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints by identifying appropriate solutions
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and policies
  • Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the company's system
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, or account updates as needed
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting service quality and performance standards

Requirements

  • Minimum HND in Communication or any relevant discipline
  • 1 year of experience (entry level)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening and empathy
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Basic computer skills and CRM proficiency
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Team collaboration and reliability
  • Previous customer service, call center, or support experience preferred but not required

Salary

NGN 70,000 - 150,000 per month (Negotiable, Plus Commission)
