Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide product/service information
  • Resolve complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Update records in the CRM system
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • HND/Bachelor's degree
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to remain calm and professional
  • Previous CSR experience is an advantage
