Church Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Church Accountant to manage financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for leadership review
• Assist in budgeting, monitor expenditures, and ensure spending aligns with approved budgets
• Process staff salaries, stipends, and vendor payments accurately and on time
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and church financial policies

Requirements

• Strong accounting knowledge and experience
• Proficiency in financial record-keeping and reporting
• Experience with payroll processing
• Knowledge of financial compliance and audit requirements

Salary

₦400,000 per month
