About the role

Business Development Manager / Sales Executive – EdTech

Mobile Plus Technologies INTL COY..Ltd is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to drive adoption of their Smart School Home-School Communication platform across Nigerian educational institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and adoption of Smart School solutions to educational institutions
  • Identify, pitch, and close deals with school owners, proprietors, principals, and key decision-makers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with educational stakeholders
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to school administrators' needs
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs to refine product offerings

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Strong, proven, and active network of relationships with school owners, proprietors, principals, and educational decision-makers in Nigeria (non-negotiable)
  • Minimum 4 years of proven track record in B2B software sales within EdTech, School Management Systems (SMS), or educational software industry
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex B2B deals and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English
  • Willingness to travel across various states in Nigeria to meet with school stakeholders
