FCMB is seeking an experienced leader to head the Digital Personal Loans division, responsible for building and scaling a consumer lending business in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a consumer lending business
- Drive customer acquisition at scale
- Enhance product penetration and market intelligence
- Lead the digital personal loans portfolio
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in retail banking, fintech, or consumer lending
- Proven experience building a consumer lending business
- Demonstrated success in scaling a consumer lending portfolio
- Expertise in customer acquisition at scale
- Strong market intelligence and product penetration skills
