Human Resources Manager

Conclase Consulting is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Kano. This role requires a strategic HR professional with a strong foundation in core HR functions and a commitment to supporting a tech-oriented, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Design and implement HR policies ensuring regulatory compliance with Nigerian labor laws
• Design and support training, learning, and development programs
• Manage HRIS tools and support data-driven HR decision-making
• Handle conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management across all organizational levels
• Manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in core HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management)
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with HRIS tools and basic data analysis
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Recruiting experience is mandatory
• Experience with tech or tech-enabled teams is a strong plus
