Customer Acquisition Associate

We are hiring confident, outspoken individuals to approach and engage customers in Maitama, introducing them to our products and driving footfall into our store.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage people around nearby stores and busy areas
• Introduce them to our products and ongoing offers
• Convince and direct them into our store
• Contribute directly to daily sales by bringing in new customers

Requirements

• Confident and outspoken individuals
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers
• Energetic, target-driven, and resilient
• Must live within close proximity to Maitama
• Previous sales/marketing experience is a plus, but not required

Salary

₦150,000 monthly base salary + commission on every first purchase from customers you bring. High earning potential based on performance.

Employment Type

Fixed-term contract role (3 months). High-performing candidates may be considered for future opportunities within the organization.
