Mechanical Technician

Role Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical Technician to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of mechanical systems within our facilities. This role is critical in ensuring that our machinery operates at peak performance, thus supporting our mission of delivering high-quality products while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assist in the design and implementation of mechanical modifications and upgrades.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
• Manage the maintenance budget and oversee procurement of necessary tools and parts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical without supervision or a similar role, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in water production line.
• Must have experience in related issues with blowing machine, labeling machine, etc.
