Consumer Sales Representative

Swift Networks is hiring a Consumer Sales Representative to drive new business through outbound sales calls and online engagement, while maintaining strong customer relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and online chat support with prospective customers
• Make cold calls to develop new business pipeline and sell service solutions
• Process online orders promptly and follow up with generated leads
• Maintain customer relationships to enhance retention and manage churn customers
• Build and maintain high-level product knowledge
• Collect customer information, process payments, and manage orders
• Achieve and exceed daily call targets and sales targets (subscribers and revenue)
• Apply professional phone etiquette in all customer interactions
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 2–4 years work experience, OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 1+ year work experience

• Pleasant and friendly demeanor
• Basic computer knowledge (search tools, browsers, email, CRM solutions)
• Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Knowledge of Windows-based applications and internet technologies
• Sound telephone etiquette
• Fast learner with effective time management and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to adapt to change
