Business Manager

Jobberman Nigeria Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Business Manager to drive operations, team performance, and revenue growth in the facility management/cleaning industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, service delivery, supply chain, and quality control across all client sites
• Manage mid-level managers and supervise field supervisors and cleaning staff; improve staff discipline, retention, and performance
• Identify and onboard new clients, prepare quotations, close deals, and manage client relationships to grow revenue
• Monitor job costing, control operational expenses, ensure profitability per contract, and prepare monthly P&L reports
• Develop SOPs, digitize workflows, and implement tools to improve operational efficiency and service quality
• Proactively resolve client complaints, operational bottlenecks, and workforce challenges
• Attend meetings with client management (including locations outside Lagos where required)
• Present monthly performance reports and provide insights into overall business health and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing operations within an SME (facility management/cleaning industry experience is a strong advantage)
• HND/BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
• Minimum 3 years of industry operations experience with clear evidence of leadership responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to build, improve, or scale business operations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; highly execution-driven and data-oriented
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Must reside within Lekki, Ajah, Ikoyi, or Victoria Island due to proximity to the Chevron axis

Salary

NGN 500,000 monthly net (salary range: NGN 400,000 – 600,000)
