About the role
Customer and Territory Sales Manager
Drive regional sales performance and customer development across channels while leading field sales teams and managing distributor partnerships in line with company strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities across channels within the region
- Drive regional sales performance and customer development aligned with company strategy
- Provide administrative and execution leadership for Key Business Partners
- Oversee day-to-day business activities and field sales force management
- Achieve distributor and sales force development targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline
- 6–10 years' sales experience, preferably in FMCG
- Strong exposure to distributor and territory management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth across regions
- Strong experience in field sales force leadership and retail execution
- Good understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and route-to-market strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in digital tools, reporting, and business insights
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage budgets, credit risks, and deliver operational excellence
