Digital Marketing Specialist

OneLand Africa is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage social media operations, create engaging content, and drive audience growth across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, content scheduling, and engagement on Facebook Business Page and VIP customer groups
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social platforms and conduct lead qualification
• Develop, shoot, edit, and publish video content for TikTok
• Identify and manage relationships with industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Host regular live sessions on Facebook and TikTok to showcase products and attract prospects
• Produce marketing copy, visuals, and videos for various digital platforms
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Track key metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
• 2–3 years proven experience in digital marketing within packaging machinery, commercial micro ovens, industrial equipment, or related sectors (direct industry experience is mandatory)
• Expertise in Facebook Business Suite, TikTok content creation/editing/publishing, and LinkedIn/YouTube marketing
• Strong copywriting, visual content creation (graphic design/video editing), and live presentation skills
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite basics
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple platforms and content calendars
• Professional demeanor and presentable appearance for live video and networking
• Completed NYSC (full discharge certificate required)
• Full-time position only – no part-time or remote work
