About the role
Digital Marketing Lead
Ossaj Services is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to design, implement, and optimize the company's digital demand generation ecosystem. You will own the complete digital customer journey from first website interaction through lead qualification, nurturing, conversion, and customer acquisition, while also leading recruitment marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Digital Experience & Website Optimization: Optimize websites, landing pages, and digital experiences to maximize lead generation and conversion rates; implement visitor personalization, enhance data capture, and conduct ongoing UX, CRO, and SEO assessments.
- Lead Intelligence & Qualification: Develop lead scoring models, automate lead qualification workflows, implement real-time routing, and create audience segmentation and nurture programs.
- Marketing Automation & Revenue Operations: Build automated lead nurturing journeys, integrate CRM and advertising platforms, and improve sales-marketing alignment.
- Pipeline & Demand Generation: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, display, email, retargeting).
- Analytics & Reporting: Report on paid media performance, analyze website traffic and funnel effectiveness, provide attribution analysis, and develop executive dashboards.
- MarTech Strategy: Implement and optimize marketing technology stacks, evaluate AI and automation tools, and maintain data quality and governance.
- Talent Attraction & Recruitment Marketing: Use social media to recruit employees, manage recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, create employer branding content, and track recruitment metrics.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or growth marketing
- Experience implementing marketing technology stacks and automation systems
- Experience improving website conversion rates and marketing ROI
- Experience with B2B construction, facility services, manufacturing, or industrial organizations
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10am–7pm WAT
Technical Skills:
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Marketing automation platforms
- Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Paid media campaign management
- SEO, CRO, and website analytics
- Lead scoring and qualification systems
- Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel, or equivalent reporting tools
- AI-driven marketing and automation tools
